My car was taken cared of really well. I'm glad they opened up/moved a location from Glendale to serve other Mitsubishi car owners. They really know what's up. Paul was a great service representative. I'll come back soon for more service and that rain check lol

I love Universal Mitsubishi! I went to another Mitsubishi dealership when I was getting weird warning lights in my car and the guy there told me it was a $600 fix because it was connected to my radio which was installed post manufacture. But I knew that wasn't right because the warning lights would have popped up long before. I went to Universal and was helped by Armen and he found out what the problem really was and it was a quick and easy fix! He was incredible. Then I went back when my battery was acting up and I was helped by Paul. Paul gave me a total diagnostic and gave me an awesome deal! He had great conversation while we waited for my car too. They are so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! I can't recommend them enough!!!! They're the best!

I had my timing belt adjusted here.. and the service manager Paul took such good care of me and really helped me out with some other things. He is so professional, attentive and caring that I can't say enough good things about my experience here. (the other guys were also very nice) :)
