  Most positive experience in getting my car serviced . The manager helped me so much and got me the best rates on new brakes and oil change . So grateful for them they even showed me the problem on my car so I knew exactly what I needed and was paying for . Will definitely come back in the future !

  Took my Evo 9 in for an airbag recall. I was told this repair would take about 4-6 hours so I brought some homework and planned to take a shuttle to the mall. Well, they finished my car waaaayyy sooner than quoted (like within 2 hours). Never even made it to the mall, which is probably a good thing. Everyone who helped me was great! Paul (service manager), Armen (service writer), the technician did an excellent job on my car, and the parts counter was very helpful during my wait. When I need to bring my car for actual service, I will definitely choose Glendale Mitsubishi! Their efficiency / good customer service can't be beat!
