Not only that, he seemed genuine, helpful, and truly caring. After expressing that I would not be able to afford the recommended services to fix my vehicle, he helped brainstorm, used his connections, and came up with solutions for me to be able to fix my car, within my budget. Not only did he do that, but surprised my further by fixing my car two days earlier, and following up with a phone call to make sure everything was good. I appreciate Paul and everything he has done for me and my car. I will definitely be returning to Universal Mitsubishi, because of him and his exceptional service.

I went to another Mitsubishi dealership when I was getting weird warning lights in my car and the guy there told me it was a $600 fix because it was connected to my radio which was installed post manufacture. But I knew that wasn't right because the warning lights would have popped up long before.   I've been coming to these folks for almost 20 years, from when they were in Glendale. Paul is by far the best, most conscientious, service manager I've ever seen. Their new facility is really nice, a big step up from the little place they had in Glendale.
